Bleeding after 2 years. Hi all, I’ve got the Mirena IUD about 22 months ago and never bled once. A few weeks ago I had light bleeding and then full on period, now I’m having a full on period again. I’m not sure of the dates of the last one to know if it’s a regular 28ish day cycle or if it’s random bleeding.
