Basic LBG Builds Compilation - MH:Rise Patch 2.0. MHR. Hey everyone! It's been about a week since patch 2.0 came out for MH:Rise, and with it brought some great updates to gunning. With updated content from major gunner channels and other sources finally here, I have made an updated basic build compilation for LBG as of patch 2.0. Pierce damage ticks are based on elapsed time, not distance, and in Rise/Sunbreak, the time between each tick is much shorter and hits way more even on smaller hitzones. This is why Pierce, especially RF Pierce 2 (datamines show that P2 and P3 have about the same tick rate), was considered the best ammo by the end of base Rise.
