I have an issue with becoming thane of riften. During my many visitations of riften I have concluded that wujeeta died before she could give me the quest "Skooma Trade", probably due to a dragon attack. I did some research and I havent found a concrete solution to problem, but i did find discussions on it in the wiki.. Raising canes calories
